“Development Leap” project team meets volunteers and a development expert

On 1 June 2023, the “Development Leap” (AHE23) project team met with volunteers and a development expert. The project is supported by the National Foundation of Civil Society (KÜSK, SA Kodanikuühiskonna Sihtkapital).

About the project. “Development Leap” aims to draw up an action plan for the Association of Ukrainian Organisations in Estonia – an umbrella organisation uniting Ukrainian civil society organisations in Estonia that preserve the Ukrainian language, culture and traditions. The plan covers the next three years.

Together with KÜSK, we are analysing the Association’s development needs arising from the war in Ukraine and the assistance provided to Ukrainian refugees in Estonia. In 2025, the Association will celebrate its 25th anniversary. Its members include both long-established and very young organisations bringing together different generations. That is why we want to understand where the Association stands today and what its cooperation with member organisations should look like in 2025.
