smART Talk at smART fest 2026 | Tallinn

At smART fest 2026, we introduce a special format - smART Talk!

A space for meaningful conversations, new perspectives and a deeper understanding of culture.

One of our speakers is Maryna Starodubska - researcher and author of books about Ukrainian national culture, professor at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and visiting lecturer at Tartu University, TalTech, and L'Institut Magellan (Paris).

In her interactive session “Ukrainians Layer by Layer: Cultural Drivers of Freedom, Trust and Tension” she will explore 5 key dimensions that help make sense of Ukrainian culture - how we think, cooperate, trust and act in everyday life.

As a nation, we have gone through complex transformations and often rebuild our understanding of ourselves from fragments.

This talk is a chance to look deeper to question assumptions and to see Ukrainian culture beyond stereotypes - in all its depth and complexity.

More than a lecture - it’s a conversation that changes perspective.
