Tartu, here it is! The first project of the idea competition Ukraine’s Independence Day at ERM. The workshop “Making Varenyky” takes place this Sunday!
Event organiser: KOLO: children’s reading club in Tartu:
“We invite absolutely everyone to the Estonian National Museum to celebrate Independence Day! We have already been on various tours of the museum, made crafts and simply spent time together. But this time we will do something very special, homely and delicious. Yes, yes, we will be making varenyky! With potatoes, with cottage cheese, with cherries – with whatever you like. And we are making kompot too. Just so we don’t eat it all dry.
Come yourself, bring your children and your Estonian friends. Let’s celebrate this day the Ukrainian way – with tasty food.
Price – a donation of 5 euros.
Registration via this link.
Ukrainian products will also be on sale. 20% of all sales on that day will be donated to the UAnimals charity foundation.
Venue: Estonian National Museum (Muuseumi tee 2, Tartu)
When: 18.08.2024, 13:00–15:00
