On 11 November 2022, the Tallinn Museum of Orders of Knighthood presented the first Ukrainian-language audio guide in any Estonian museum. The project was supported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia as part of the initiative of Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska.
The Association of Ukrainian Organisations took part in the presentation. According to its chairman Volodymyr Palamar, it is very important for the thousands of Ukrainians who found refuge in Estonia to be able to live in a Ukrainian-language environment: "The more cultural and educational institutions join this initiative, the better Ukrainians will be able to preserve their identity abroad."
Museum director Katerina Lapinš spoke about cooperation with Ukrainian museums. With the help of the Swedish Royal Chancery of Orders, the museum made a copy of the Order of the Sword once awarded to Hryhorii Orlyk, son of Hetman Pylyp Orlyk, and donated it to the museum in Baturyn.
On behalf of the Embassy and the museum, the Association invites all Ukrainians to explore the exhibition in their native language.
