“Rytm” at the Järva County spring concert, and books for children from Estonia’s First Lady

On 4 May 2024, the “Rytm” dance group of the Ukrainian community “Spogad” performed at a spring concert that also featured creative groups from across Järva County. The children danced the Ukrainian “Hopak” and an energetic rock’n’roll, while the adult group debuted with “Waltz” and a contemporary piece. The audience rewarded the dancers with applause, and the community thanks everyone who came to support them.

A pleasant surprise for the children was a gift from Estonia’s First Lady, Sirje Karis: books in Ukrainian, handed over to the children by Sanna Kondas. Anyone is welcome to visit “Spogad” and read them.
