KOLO donates Ukrainian books to the University of Tartu Library

In March 2026 the KOLO children's reading club in Tartu, a member organisation of the Association, and its bookshop Kolo Books donated two Ukrainian books to the University of Tartu Library.

Both are children's books about cats: "Kitty Travellers: On the Side of Good" by Halyna Maniv (RM Publishing) and "Catosaurs. Murko Mniausk and the Secret of Katze Island" by Yuliia Iliukha (Chorni Vivtsi children's art publishers). The books have joined the library's cat exhibition "Kuidas valitseda maailma" ("How to Rule the World"), so visitors can now also see Ukrainian-language titles on display.

The exhibition is open until 30 December 2026 at the University of Tartu Library, W. Struve 1, Tartu. KOLO invites families to come, learn about cats and read in Ukrainian.
