Another terrible night in Ukraine, especially in the capital

As a result of the enemy's massive attack on Kyiv on the night of 28 August, 16 people have been killed so far… including three children, and 40 have been injured.

There may be many more, as search and rescue operations are still under way in the rubble of a five-storey building in Darnytskyi district.

Kyiv was attacked with new "Geran-3" jet drones, which reach very high speeds and are difficult to shoot down.

It has been established that their engines were made in the Czech Republic and China.

"Today's Russian missiles and attack drones are a clear answer to everyone in the world who for weeks and months has been calling for a ceasefire and real diplomacy. Russia chooses ballistics, not the negotiating table. It chooses to keep killing rather than end the war. And that means Russia is still not afraid of the consequences. Russia still takes advantage of the fact that at least part of the world turns a blind eye to murdered children and looks for excuses for Putin," – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
