This year the charismatic modern-day kobzar Mamai and Katia Boiko, lead singer of the band E.K.A, will unite Estonian and Ukrainian hearts in a shared song.
E.K.A is Ukrainian rock with female vocals – honest, emotional music that makes your heart beat faster. Their songs are about a Ukraine that fights, endures and wins.
Katia Boiko is a soloist of the Academic Song and Dance Ensemble of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and an active volunteer who has been helping Ukrainian defenders since 2014.
Together with Mamai they will form a duet that connects tradition and modernity, pain and hope, the voice of our ancestors and the song of the future.
We are also joining the artists' fundraiser for drones for the "Feniks" unit of the "Pomsta" assault brigade, 3rd Luhansk Border Detachment, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. A general charity collection will be held during the festival. Join in – together we can do more!
