In the workshop area and at the fair, guests could make unique items themselves and buy wonderful works by Ukrainian craftspeople.
During the workshops our guests discovered traditions and techniques passed down from generation to generation: they cross-stitched flowers, learned Estonian archaic embroidery with sacred patterns, and made their own motanka doll as a protective charm for the home. For those who love working with clay, craftswomen held ceramic painting classes where everyone could decorate a magnet or photo frame. Painting lovers could create a seascape or learn decoupage on wooden items. The creative process was captivating from the first moment, and the results were real works of art that guests could take home as a festival souvenir.
At the festival fair, guests found many unique products from our craftspeople: original vytynanky, stylish tote bags, jewellery, treats, pastries, books, clothing, candles and much more. The festival became a place where creative people met, who created real beauty with their own hands and proved that craftsmanship is true magic.
And it was thanks to our craftspeople that the festive lottery was so special – most of the prizes were provided by them! Guests won gifts made with soul! The happy smiles of the winners are the best thanks to everyone who took part.
