For the third year in a row, the Association of Ukrainian Organisations together with the Open Air Museum invites all Ukrainian and Estonian friends, families and communities to unite around preserving the age-old traditions and cultural heritage of our two peoples.
This year the festival is special – we celebrate not only World Vyshyvanka Day but also the 25th anniversary of the Association of Ukrainian Organisations in Estonia, an umbrella organisation that for a quarter of a century has brought together many Ukrainian initiatives. Like all of us, they are different, but we are united by love for our culture and language and the desire to preserve our identity.
That is why "Vyshyvanka Unites" 2025 aims to become a platform for various Ukrainian and Estonian organisations that support Ukrainians in Estonia! We invite civic, volunteer and charitable organisations to present themselves at the festival. We are sure our initiative will help you find partners and like-minded people, and attract the support you need!
The festival will take place on 18 May from 12:00 to 20:00 at the Estonian Open Air Museum, and we are already preparing many interesting and exciting activities for adults and children:
Entry: €10 (through the side entrance)
The festival's main media partner will be radio drUzi.ee
Join us on this special day! Let's prove once again that the slogan "Similarities unite, differences enrich" remains the leitmotif of our beloved annual "Vyshyvanka Unites" festival!
We will soon announce new opportunities for cooperation within the festival for everyone interested.
Follow the announcements on our Facebook page and Instagram!
For cooperation and proposals, please write to press@ukraine.ee. Please include "Vyshyvanka Unites" and the subject of your message in the subject line.
We look forward to seeing you at "Vyshyvanka Unites – Rahvustikand ühendab"!
The project is implemented by Ukraina Meedia Druzi with the support of the City of Tallinn!
