Within the framework of "Vyshyvanka Unites – Rahvustikand ühendab" smART fest 2026, we are opening a new space - smART Talk - a place where culture resonates deeper than the stage, and where important conversations stay with you for a long time

It is about ideas, about experience, about understanding, about what shapes us today
